Navigating Pathways

For a comprehensive guide, please refer to Using Clinical Pathways

  1. Explore Pathways — View available clinical pathways by navigating to the Pathways page from the Home screen or nav bar
  2. Choose a Pathway — Each specialty contains clinical pathways organized by category
  3. Begin Patient History Taking — Follow the structured questions in either a checklist or step-by-step view, answering questions and reviewing guidance at each stage
  4. Generate SOAP Summary — After completing a pathway, NeurologyNav will review for you and generate a clinical summary in SOAP format based on your responses. This document may be manually updated and exported for future use
  5. Export Final Summary — After review, select to export the final SOAP document in .PDF format

Creating Pathways

NeurologyNav users given permission by authorized clinicians may create their own clinical pathways for a given specialty.

  • Save & Drafting — Publish/Unpublish, Save and Draft pathways through the editor
  • Create Clinical Pearls — Clinically relevant information can be highlighted on the live pathway as a pearl at the individual question or group level
  • SOAP Mapping — Users can toggle how responses to pathway questions will appear on the generated SOAP note
