Added
- •Dot Phrase Autocomplete: Typing
.followed by a letter in SOAP note text areas now triggers an inline autocomplete dropdown for dot phrases.

- •SOAP Review / Summary UI: Refined layout, typography, and animations on the review and summary pages.
- •PDF Export UI: Updated the PDF export header and presentation style.
- •Pathway & Categories Admin: Significantly improved the visual layout of the pathways & categories admin table.
Fixed
- •Category Rename Bug: Renaming a category now correctly updates all associated pathways. Previously, pathways would lose their category assignment after a rename.
- •SOAP Review Content: Fixed an issue where the SOAP review page did not display the full note contents.
- •Text Field Placeholders: Pathway question text fields no longer mimic the question label as placeholder text.
